Join us on the Green for Strengthen and Stretch Yoga; a perfect blend of strength, mobility and flexibility in a fun and engaging practice led by veteran yoga teacher and women’s wellness coach, Lisa King.
Each session will start with gentle stretches then we crank up the intensity to build strength and stability; flowing through a variety of yoga poses, each one aimed at increasing your flexibility and making your everyday movements feel easier.
Whether you are a beginner or seasoned yogi, there’s something for everyone! So grab your mat and let’s get flowing on The Green!
Each session will begin at 9:00 am – 10:00 am. We are excited to have Lisa here for four sessions:
