• Celebrated every year around the autumnal equinox, the Moon Festival is a centuries-old tradition in Asian cultures. Moon cakes are an essential part of the festivities. Ours are made using a traditional recipe passed down from the Imperial Chinese Kitchens. The tender crust is baked to a golden finish and embellished with an intricate design.
