Inspired by classic desserts, these coolly elegant treats re-create Baked Alaska using premium ice cream. Made for us by an East Coast confectioner, the single-serving tortes start with a layer of delicate génoise sponge cake. Experts add rich strawberry ice cream prepared in-house using fresh cream, egg yolks, real fruit and Madagascar Bourbon vanilla. Each treat is finished with a swirl of toasted meringue.
