- Condition: NEW
- Unlike commercial/pyrex glass, hand blown glass is not tempered and is susceptible to thermal shock.
- Do not put HOT liquid into a COLD glass or COLD liquid into a HOT glass as extreme temperature differences may crack the glass.
- Never SLIDE or SPIN as this could scratch the glass or potentially the surface on which it sits.
- Do not make its home the top of a speaker as VIBRATIONS can cause the glass to become molecularly unstable over time.
- Thick, solid glass can act as a lens and FOCUS SUNLIGHT much like a magnifying glass; this could be a fire hazard.
- Broken glass is SHARP, please handle it carefully and do not cut yourself. do not put hand blown pieces of glass in the dishwasher, HAND WASH and allow to dry upside down to avoid watermarks.
