Brothers Jordan and Jared Schmidt lend a designer's sensibility to the creation of their knives and – in the process – have redefined the art of modern knife making. German steel blades are hand ground, polished and sharpened to an 18° angle. Double bolsters and their signature Schmidt Brothers Curve® promote ideal hand position and leverage. The ash PakkaWood handle is bonded using cutting-edge technology to create its seamless, ergonomic shape.

  • Etched blades are ground, polished and sharpened by hand from premium German steel.
  • Each blade is hand-sharpened to an 18° edge.
  • Blades are rust resistant and feature Schmidt Bros. logo and Schmidt Brothers Curve®.
  • Handles are richly grained ash PakkaWood.
  • Steel and wood are bonded together for a seamless cutting experience.
  • Two-side magnetic block features ash PakkaWood embedded with high-strength magnets, protective acrylic shields and stainless-steel base with scratch- and slip-resistant EVA foam base.
  • Magnetic block holds up to six knives.

7-Piece Set includes:

  • 4" paring knife
  • 6" double-edge utility knife
  • 7" santoku
  • 8" chef's knife
  • 8" slicing knife
  • 9" bread knife
