This shoe is stable, with a lower stack height and firmer cushion than other carbon-plated shoes, which makes it great for 5K to half marathons, particularly if they have a lot of twists and turns. The upper is light, breathable and a bit stiff, so you can get a good lockdown feel and run those corners with ease.
