Smile Specialist

The Smile Lab personnel engage customers to promote the sale of Invisalign treatment. Digital impressions are taken on site to expedite the process. Payment plans are established and patients are scheduled to have aligners seated in the White, Greer & Maggard Orthodontics office of their choice.

Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
-Welcoming customers into retail setting where employees would promote/start Invisalign treatment -Educate and provide product information to customers -Scanning of upper and lower arches for digital impressions of Invisalign -Managing (POS) point of sale transactions, payment and patient records -Manage safety and security of Smile Lab equipment and customer information (HIPPA Compliant)
