Part-Time Stock Associate

The Frye Company currently has exciting opportunity available for Stock Associates interested in joining the team at our retail store location, at The Summit at Fritz Farm in Lexington, Kentucky. Stock Associates at The Frye Company are responsible for working as a team to maintain a neat and well organized stockroom. They also partner with the sales team to help create a memorable shopping experience for all of our customers. Specific responsibilities of the Stock Associate position include but are not limited to:
• Participate in all aspects of merchandise coordination including shipment receiving, unpacking and product placement in the stockroom
• Work as a team to maintain a neat and organized stockroom, storage area and shipping/receiving area
• Support the sales team by responding to requests for product quickly and efficiently
• Greet and engage all customers when on the sales floor
• Assist the sales team with floor recovery by removing footwear boxes from the sales floor and re-packing footwear according to Frye standards
• Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in communication with customers and peers
o Skills and Requirements:
•1-3 years of sales or stock experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills

This new outpost will boast an eclectic list of flagship spirits, specialty cocktails and hand-picked small batch bourbons. The menu will be a combination of Southern charm fused with modern technique, carefully utilizing local resources and partnerships to help support the community. Core Responsibilities
• Fully engage in day to day kitchen operations to maintain consistent food quality, execution and cost of goods margins.
• Ensure F&B staff have the knowledge, tools, and training to deliver a superior guest experience and a consistent quality product to every guest - every time
• Lead the F&B Management team in order to attract, hire, retain, train and motivate F&B associates to ensure flawless execution of food and beverage service
• Lead in accordance with the Origin Hotels operating plan; manage to meet/exceed ownership expectations
• Adhere to budget and control cost by recommending and implementing strategies that improve efficiency and eliminate waste
• Develop, with the support of the VP of Food and Beverage, all beverage programs and manage the beverage ordering and inventory
• Protect and maintain the Food and Beverage physical assets; ensure adherence to SHG and brand standards. This includes all exterior patios, dining rooms, storage areas, and kitchens
• Develop associate recognition and reward programs that drive associate motivation and enhance guest experiences
• Execute and communicate programs, policies, and procedures that ensure the F&B team consistently delivers the desired standards of safety, quality food, service and cleanliness
• Manage in accordance with established company policies and procedures
• Work in collaboration with the Executive Committee members in support of the Hotel Division business plan, and preservation of the asset
• Review employees’ challenges referred from the supervisory staff and follows up as needed. Handle disciplinary problems and counsel employees according to hotel standards.
• Creates and develops menu prices, beverage lists and prices, and is responsible for the selection of condiments, linens, uniforms and décor used with the property’s facility.
