Try out a free Pound class taught by Heather Adams! Pound classes are a combination of a cardio and strength class with constant stimulated drumming, as in with drum sticks. Those sticks will be provided but bring your own mat and water! It is also suggested to skip on the shorts and wear pants and/or leggings due to some of the positions you may be in.
