Hadeel Abdallah became the first female University of Kentucky student to be named a recipient of the Rhodes Scholarship in 2018. During her senior year at UK, she founded the Bilal Ibn Rabah Scholarship, an endowment for refugees settled in Kentucky. #WomensHistoryMonth #KYCan
