This is a FREE event, but registration is required. Walk-ups will NOT be accepted.
We are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and the well-being of our community is always our top priority. For your own safety and the safety of those around you, we strongly recommend that you wear a mask while on property. In addition, to promote social distancing we will be keeping a six foot distance between attendees. Masks will be required while checking in, and can be removed once you are seated at your [solidcore] Sweat Spot.

Join us on The Green on Sunday, October 11th and October 18th for an exclusive look into a *modified* [solidcore] class. Coach David will be leading us though a high-intensity, low-impact workout with slow & controlled movements on modified sliders (provided). You MUST register via the link below; walk-ups will NOT be accepted. It all starts at 11:15 am for registration, followed by a solid 30-minute sweat at 11:30 am, then stay to enjoy Summit swag, exclusive discounts, and an opportunity to win a private class for you and your best pals!

BRING: Yourself + a Water Bottle. The sliders being used in this class will work best on The Green, if you are more comfortable on a mat, please bring your own and modifications can be made.
