Care
- When used with a proper supportive bed frame, your new mattress & foundation is protected by a 25-year limited manufacturer's warranty.
- Always use a mattress protector/pad to shield your mattress and preserve your warranty rights.
- No flip design- to prolong the lifespan of your mattress, rotate 180 degrees every 3-6 months or as needed for even wear.
Assembly
- This item ships directly from our vendor.
- FAST & FREE No-Contact Delivery to your doorstep via a small parcel carrier service.
- Ships compressed and roll packed and comes with instructions for a simple and easy setup.
CA Customers Only
- Williams Sonoma is compliant with California’s Retailer Take Back Program Legislation.
- If you are having your mattress delivered, we will take back your old mattress and/or foundation at no additional cost.
- All delivery or set-up fees for the products being delivered still apply.
- For white glove delivery, the old mattress and/or foundation will be taken at delivery of your new mattress.
- For parcel shipments, we are happy to pick up your old mattress and/or foundation. Please call us to schedule a pickup within 30 days of the delivery of your new mattress.
- Please note we may refuse to pick up the old mattress and/or foundation if it poses a health or safety risk.
