**About Susannah Carson** Susannah Carson is a self-taught artist with a background in classical literature as an academic, editor, and author. She's lived in Paris, Lyon, London, New Haven, San Francisco, and West Hollywood, and she currently divides her time between the Napa Valley where she was born and the prairies of rural Northern Oregon, where she lives with her husband, two dogs, and the town deer.
