Why We Love It

• We combined two legendary treats to create this one-of-a-kind holiday dessert. Commemorating the 25th anniversary of our Peppermint Bark, the festive cake is made with our customer-favorite confection and Pasticceria Scarpato's famed panettone – a seasonal Italian tradition since 1888. The tender, buttery sourdough cake is leavened to an airy height through several risings, then layered with peppermint-infused white chocolate crème and studded with chocolate chips. Made for us by master bakers near Verona, Italy, it's ideal with coffee, tea or Vin Santo wine.
