It's crafted with smaller perforations to support both large and small-sized spices, plus a swiveling lid with a locking mechanism to keep contents secure. Dropped in hot liquid, it infuses flavor quickly and without residue, making it an ideal tool for preparing hot mulled cider and teas, or adding flavor to homemade stocks and soups.
