• This smoked spice comes from a family-owned producer in western Spain that's famous for pimentón de la vera (paprika), which has Protected Origin status from the European Union. The sweet, red pimenton peppers are slowly dried over oak coals, imbuing them with a rich, smoky flavor and deep red color. This savory spice is ideal for sprinkling on popcorn and adding to paella and other Spanish dishes. You can also mix it with salt and herbs to create a meat seasoning or dry rub.
