In accordance, with state and local guidelines [solidcore] has re-opened in Lexington. Our top priority in re-opening is protecting the health and safety of the entire [community] – coaches, HQ, and clients. We are relying on guidance from international and national health organizations and professionals to help frame our decisions surrounding the safety measures we take, and which studios to open and when. We are monitoring the news as the numbers in cities where we have studios and are only opening and operating in cities where we feel it is safe to do so.

Classes are intense and purposefully sequenced to work your muscles to [failure]. [solidcore] may resemble other Pilates classes, but we assure you, we are unlike any workout you’ve experienced before. Each move at [solidcore] has the foundation of a plank, squat, or lunge, with a plethora of variations to help strengthen your entire body.
